Terms

They describe responsibilities for learners and organizations, outline service availability expectations, and include practical examples such as cohort scheduling, case-based assessments, and employer-sponsored enrollment procedures.

Eligibility

To use NexorVQuest services you must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and provide accurate personal information. Corporate enrollments should be made by authorised representatives who can demonstrate a relationship to the organization.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. In practice, organizations may request exceptions for apprentices or interns through documented authorization; such exceptions require written approval from NexorVQuest.

Services must be used for lawful, professional development purposes. Prohibited uses include attempts to circumvent assessment integrity, misuse of collaborative tools for harassment, or sharing content that violates third-party rights. Example: using scenario-based forums to publish confidential employer data is not permitted.

Service availability may vary by jurisdiction. Organizations and learners are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws related to e-learning, certifications, and cross-border data transfers.

Account Management

Creating an account allows access to course materials, progress tracking, and community features. Accounts should reflect accurate, up-to-date information; examples of required updates include changes to billing details or employer affiliation for corporate reporting.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. If your employer changes, update your affiliation to ensure continued access to employer-sponsored content and correct reporting in cases where participation is part of an organizational program.

Protect your login credentials. We use industry-standard protections such as password hashing and two-factor authentication options. If you engage in shared-account scenarios for cohort-based workshops, document shared access arrangements with your account profile.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable, except as explicitly permitted under corporate license agreements arranged between NexorVQuest and an employer or training purchaser.

If you suspect your account is compromised, notify NexorVQuest immediately at security@NexorVQuest.digital and change your password. In scenario-based incidents, we follow a documented incident response process and will provide recovery steps specific to affected learners.

We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse, payment issues, or safety concerns. Where feasible, we provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the situation, except in cases that require urgent action to protect other users.

Service Offerings

NexorVQuest provides digital courses, live workshops, scenario simulations, and consulting packages for modern professionals. Each offering will list scope, learning outcomes, and any prerequisites. Practical cases, such as team-based conflict simulations, are described in course materials to set expectations.

We may modify course syllabi, schedules, and delivery formats to improve learning outcomes. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes and provided options to transfer to alternative sessions when appropriate.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows and updates to interactive simulations will be communicated in advance wherever possible to minimize disruptions to scheduled cohorts.

User Conduct and Rules

Users must act professionally and respectfully in courses and community spaces. The following rules describe expected behavior and examples of unacceptable actions.

  • Respectful communication: engage constructively in scenario debriefs and feedback sessions.
  • No cheating: do not impersonate others or submit plagiarised work in assessments or case exercises.
  • Protect confidential information: do not share proprietary employer content in public forums.
  • Comply with content licenses: use course materials only as permitted for learning and internal organisational use.
  • No abusive behavior: harassment, threats, or targeted attacks in cohort discussions will result in disciplinary action.
  • Observation of scheduling rules: attend cohort sessions or notify facilitators per the attendance policy for cohort-based modules.
  • Respect intellectual property: attribute case examples and avoid publishing course content externally without permission.

User Content

Learners may contribute content such as forum posts, assignment submissions, and case-study materials. These contributions help build practical knowledge bases and scenario libraries for future cohorts.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to any prior license grants required by employer-sponsored programs. For corporate accounts, subject-matter created during sponsored training may be owned or licensed to the sponsoring organization per the purchase agreement.

By posting content on NexorVQuest, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of delivering the service, compiling anonymised case studies, and improving course materials.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you share. In practice, before submitting employer case materials, remove confidential identifiers or obtain explicit permission to share them in learning contexts.

We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable laws. If content removal affects course delivery, we will communicate alternatives to affected learners, for example replacing a removed case with a comparable scenario.

Intellectual Property

All course curricula, multimedia, and assessment designs created by NexorVQuest are our intellectual property. Participants receive access rights to materials for personal or organisational learning as specified in subscription terms.

  • Do not reproduce or redistribute course materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Do not remove or alter copyright notices or attribution from materials.
  • Do not create derivative works for resale based on course content without a license agreement.

Paid Services

Paid services include individual enrollments, corporate licenses, premium workshops, and bespoke consulting engagements. Each paid offering includes a clear description of deliverables and access periods.

Pricing for courses and corporate packages is published on NexorVQuest.digital and in proposals. Examples include per-seat rates for cohort workshops or flat fees for tailored organizational programs.

Payments are accepted via the methods displayed at checkout. For corporate invoicing, purchase orders should reference the NexorVQuest Business ID 305606237775 and agreed payment terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Learners on subscription plans receive notices before renewal and may choose alternate sessions or pause access subject to plan rules.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. For example, if a scheduled workshop is cancelled by NexorVQuest, participants will be offered a pro-rated refund or transfer to another session. Refund requests for change-of-mind are evaluated against access to digital materials already provided.

Cancellations by learners must be submitted per the cancellation policy timeframe in the course FAQ. Corporate cancellations follow terms agreed in the purchase order or master services agreement.

Prices may exclude taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction. Organisations are responsible for complying with local tax obligations related to procurement of training services.

We may adjust pricing for new enrollments; existing paid bookings are honoured at the price confirmed at purchase, except where contract terms provide otherwise.

Non-payment may result in access suspension until outstanding invoices are settled. For corporate accounts, we follow agreed escalation and collection procedures specified in the contract.

Disclaimer

Materials provided by NexorVQuest are for educational and professional development purposes. Course scenarios and case studies are illustrative and should be adapted to your specific organisational context. Outcomes depend on participant engagement and individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexorVQuest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. For practical clarity: we do not accept responsibility for employer decisions or operational changes that result from participant learning activities unless covered under a bespoke consulting engagement.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party providers for payments, analytics, and content delivery. Use of those services is subject to the third party's terms in addition to ours; when appropriate we provide examples of the data shared and how it is used in course scenarios.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Participants may also terminate subscriptions per the cancellation policy. Termination procedures include steps to export records and course completion evidence where applicable.

On termination, access to course content may be revoked; however, certified credentials already issued remain valid subject to the issuing terms. Organizations with enterprise agreements will follow the offboarding process described in their contract.

Privacy Statement

We collect and process personal data to deliver course content, manage accounts, and assess learning outcomes. See the Privacy Policy for detailed rights, examples of data use in scenario analytics, and contact channels for inquiries.

Communications

We send administrative and service-related messages related to enrollments, scheduled sessions, and account matters. Marketing communications are only sent based on consent or as permitted by applicable law; example communications include cohort reminders and invited case-study webinars.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where required, direct notice to registered accounts. For instance, changes to assessment policies will be communicated to active cohorts prior to implementation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Dispute resolution may include negotiation followed by mediation or arbitration as outlined in corporate agreements for enterprise clients.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties should first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, we may pursue mediation or arbitration per agreement terms. For individual consumer disputes, local legal rights remain available.
